In this article you will get the latest exam pattern to be followed in CBSE Class 10 Hindi (Course A) Board Exam 2018.

As the board exams have been made manadatory for CBSE class 10, now students will have to appear for the board exams with completely different exam structure. Unlike the previous assessment structure, they have a challenge to prepare the full syllabus for the annual assessment, i.e., CBSE board exams. So they must follow a smart and strategic study technique following which they are able to prepare full syallabus of each subject and then start revisions for the same before exams commence. But before they start preparing for exams they must have an idea about the exam structure and type of questions to be asked in CBSE Class 10 Board Exams 2018.

CBSE recently released the sample papers for all important subjects to give an idea of the examination pattern to be followed in Class 10 Board Exams 2018.

CBSE Class 10 Hindi (Course A) Sample Paper 2017-2018

Here, we will discuss about the major changes observed in the latest examination pattern to be followed in CBSE Class 10 Hindi (Course A) Board Examintion 2018.

Exam Pattern for CBSE Class 10 Hindi-A Board Exam 2018, is as follows:      

Previous dual assessment scheme in CBSE class 10 has been replaced with the annual board exams. Board will conduct the class 10 Hindi (Course A) exam for 80 marks covering 100% syllabus of the subject. Other 20 marks are kept with schools for internal assessment (IA).

IA comprises:

  • Periodic Tests (PT) with weightage of 10 marks each
  • Notebook Submission of 5 marks
  • Subject Enrichment Activities of 5 marks.

CBSE Class 10 Hindi (Course A) Sample Paper 2017-2018

 As per the sample paper, released by the CBSE Board, the new examination pattern for CBSE Class 10 Hindi (Course A) Board Exam 2018 will be according to the following format:

There will be a total of 14 questions of different weightage divided into four parts; क, ख, ग and घ as given below:

There would be no overall choice in the question paper. However, internal choices would be provided in some questions

The complete paper must be attempted in three hours duration

Students must consider this latest pattern while preparing for CBSE Class 10 Hindi (Course A) Board Exam 2018.

Though the CBSE Class 10 Assessment Structure has been changed completely as compared to the previous one, but it’s not a big deal to score well in Class 10 Board exams if you have a clear strategy and a good study plan to cross the victory line. So stay alert and focused.
