The wait for the SSC Maharashtra Board result is going to be over soon as it will be out on 17th June. The students awaiting their results can now sigh with relief. The Maharashtra Board papers were conducted from March 3 to March 27 in two shifts in a day. The day shift started from 11 AM and ended at 2 PM whereas the evening shift started just after an hour at 3 PM and ended at 6 PM. In comparison to the last year, 229092 more students appeared for the examination making the total of 17,28,368 students.

With the date of the result announced, students must be worried where to check it. Well, you may go directly to the official website (www.mahresult.nic.in) of the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Education and look for the link to the result in the latest notifications. Once you have seen the link, click on it and accurately fill in all the asked details such as your board roll number or seat number. Then within a few seconds, your online score board will be there on the screen.
Alternatively, you may also check your SSC result on jagranjosh,com where you would be required to fill in all easy details and then submit them to register yourself on the education website (www.mahresult.nic.in). You may subscribe for jagranjosh mail service to get your scorecard in your inbox on June 17 or may opt for text message on your registered phone number.
The students must ensure to either take a screenshot of their online mark sheet and mail it to themselves. They make also take a print out of your result and preserve it for future references although you will get a SSC original mark sheet and passing certificate issued by the Maharashtra Board.
The SSC Maharashtra papers were conducted across different centers of nine district of the state: Pune, Nashik, Aurangabad, Amravati, Nagpur, Konkan, Kolhapur, Mumbai and Lathur. The board has been successfully conducting the exams since 1965 and apart from that also organises Higher secondary exams across the state. The Maharashtra Board gives a lot of options to their students to choose the subjects of their choice. The options are unconventional including the language choices such as Urdu (code:04), Gujarati (code:05), Kannada (code:06), Tamil (code:07), Telugu (code:08), Malayalam (code:09), Sindhi (code:10), Bengali(code:11), Punjabi (code:12). First language and second language paper were conducted in the different shifts on March 3.
