1. Executive Director (Law): one post
Pay Scale: Pay Band– 4 of Rs.37400- 67000 with Grade Pay of Rs.10000 per month
Qualifications: Law Degree. Officers holding analogous posts on regular basis or with 2 years regular service in the Pay Band – 4 with Grade Pay of Rs.8900 or equivalent OR with 3 years regular service in the Pay Band– 4 with Grade Pay of Rs.8700 or equivalent and relevant work experience.
2. Joint Secretary: one post
Pay Scale: Pay Band– 3 of Rs.15600- 39100 with Grade Pay of Rs.6600 per month
Qualifications: Graduate. Officer holding analogous Post on regular basis with 3 years regular service in the Pay Band – 2 with Grade Pay of Rs.5400 or equivalent OR with 8 years regular service in the Pay Band– 2 with Grade Pay of Rs.4800 or equivalent and relevant work experience.
3. Personal Assistant: one post
Pay Scale: Pay Band– 2 of Rs.9300- 34800 with Grade Pay of Rs.4200 per month
Qualifications: Graduate with proficiency in English Typing (40 wpm), English Shorthand (80 wpm). Diploma / Certificate in Office Management & Secretariat Procedure OR equivalent and at least 3 years relevant work experience.
Maximum age limit: 56 years (for deputation)

After submitting the online application form, candidates should take its printout and send it along with attested copies of all required certificates/ documents by post to ‘The Secretary, Delhi Electricity Regulatory Commission (DERC), Viniyamak Bhawan, C-Block, Shivalik, Malviya Nagar, New Delhi-110017’so as to reach the concerned authority on or before 2 January 2015.
