Eligibility Criteria 
Educational Qualification: 
M.O, FIAR-MBBS, Trained by NACO at one of the NACO designated training centre.
Staff Nurse-B.Sc Nursing / GNM from any institute recognized by INC and must be register with WBNC or ANM with minimum 3 years’ experience 
District Assistant Programme -Graduate in any discipline with computer knowledge.
Lab. Technician, Blood Bank-Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT)/ Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT)b)Should have completed 10+2 before obtaining Diploma or Degree. 
Facility Level Quality Manager-MBBS/Dental/AYUSH/Nursing/Life Science/Social Science graduate 
M.O Adolescent Health-MBBS Degree recognized by MCI.
Specialist M.O (G&O)-MBBS & DGO / MD / MS (G&O) from recognized institution under MCI only.
Lab. Technician-Passed  10+2  with  physics,  chemistry,  mathematics  /  Biological Science.
Full Time M.O-MBBS from recognized institution 
Lab Technician, NUHM-HS (10+2) from a recognized Board / Institute 
Staff Nurse, UPHC-GNM from an Institute recognized by the Indian Nursing Council. 
Staff Nurse, NRC-The candidate  should  have  completed  B.SC  nursing course / GNM training Course from any recognized institution. 
Staff Nurse -Completed GNM course recognized by Indian Nursing Council (INC). 
Lab. Technician-10 pass and DMLT 
Psychiatric Nurse / Trained General Nurse-M. Sc in Psychiatric Nursing or DPN
TBHV-Graduate OR Intermediate   (10+2)
