FCI Phase-I Prelims 2019 Exam (31st May till 3rd June 2019)
FCI Phase-I Prelims 2019 Exam consisted of total 100 questions of 1 mark each in the Objective MCQ Format. Questions asked in the exam consisted of easy to moderate level questions from three sections with separate timings for each section. Also, there was negative marking of 1/4th marks for wrong answers. The marks obtained in Phase-I will not be reckoned in final merit ranking.

After clearing the cut-off marks, students are advised to look at the below points for further selection procedures:
- Phase-II: Online Mains Examination: The candidates fifteen times the number of vacancies (more than 60000) advertised shall be called for Phase-II examination.

- Phase-III: Skill Test/ Document Verification: The Online test and skill test (wherever applicable) shall be followed by document verification stage for the candidates provisionally selected on the basis of the merit. The number of Candidates to be called for document verification may be equal to three times the number of advertised vacancies.
