Age Limit
• General Manager: Candidates upper age limit is 52 years as on 1 May 2014.
• Additional General Manager: Candidates upper age limit is 50 years as on 1 May 2014.
• Deputy General Manager: Candidates upper age limit is 48 years as on 1 May 2014.
• Senior Manager: Candidates upper age limit is 45 years as on 1 May 2014.

Educational qualification
Candidate should be Engineering Graduate or equivalent in Civil/Mechanical / Electrical /Naval Architecture discipline preferably with post graduate degree in Naval Architecture, CA / ICWA , MBA with specialization in HR or Graduate with PG Degree in Social Work/ Labour Welfare/ Industrial Relations/ Personnel Management or PG Diploma in HR/IR/Social Work/ Labour Welfare/ Personnel Management discipline, Graduate degree with Master Home Trade (Coastal) Certificate of Competency with 1st Class Inland Master Or Graduate with Inland Master Certificate of Competency issued by MMD, Kolkata according to the post.

Pay Scale
• General Manager: Rs.15600-39100+GP Rs.6600/-
• Additional General Manager: Rs.37400-67000+GP Rs.8700/-
• Deputy General Manager: Rs.37400-67000+GP Rs.8700/-
• Senior Manager: Rs.15600-39100+GP Rs.7600/-

Selection Process
Selection will be made on the basis of performance in test/Interview.
