• English Stenographer Grade–I (Class-II): 70 Posts
• English Stenographer Grade–II (Class-III): 127 Posts
• Gujarati Stenographer Grade–I (Class-II):  43 Posts
• Gujarati Stenographer Grade–II (Class-III): 128 Posts

Total Number of Posts: 368 Posts

Pay Scale: Rs.5,200-20,200/- with Grade Pay Rs.1,900/-

Educational Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Government

Typing Speed Required

• English Stenographer Grade–I: English Short Hand 120 w.p.m English Typing 40 w.p.m. or equivalent key depressions and basic knowledge of Computer Operation
• English Stenographer Grade–II: English Short Hand 100 w.p.m with English Typing 40 w.p.m. or equivalent key Depressions and basic knowledge of Computer Operation
• Gujarati Stenographer Grade–I: Gujarati Short Hand 90 w.p.m with Gujarati Typing 25 w.p.m. or equivalent key depressions and basic knowledge of Computer Operation
• Gujarati Stenographer Grade–II (Class-III): Short Hand 75 w.p.m. with Gujarati Typing 25 w.p.m. or equivalent key depressions and basic knowledge of Computer Operation
