Eligibility Criteria for Mid Level Health Provider Job
Educational Qualification and Age Limit:
B. Sc. (Nursing) passed candidates are eligible. Age Limit: Less than 35 years. 40 Years for Scheduled Caste (SCs) and Scheduled Tribes (STs).
Salary: Rs. 25,000 per month.

How to Apply
The eligible persons can apply for the posts through the online mode on or before 29 November 2019. The applicant is required to attend the exam on a computer system (CS). The Question and Multiple choice answers (MCQs) will be displayed on the screen and the candidate has to choose the correct answer. Applications need to be filled ONLINE available at https://mlhp.aptonline.in. Any Legal proceeding in respect of any matter of claim or dispute arising out of this offer of selection shall be instituted in the courts in Andhra Pradesh only.
