Adding to the various changes being carried out in the Class X exam system being conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), the Human Resource and Development Ministry led by Smriti Irani is now planning to include ‘qualitative education full of Sanskar’ in the current examination system of Class X.
Ram Shankar Katheria, Minister of State in the HRD Ministry, who was attending a programme organized to mark the death anniversary of former President of Bhartiya Jan Sangh Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyay said, “The parents and the teachers often complain me about the existing system of education. So, a committee has been formed to go through the issues related to the system. Every necessary step would be taken to provide qualitative education full of Sanskar.”
He added that the government is also planning to open a model degree college in every block and the state government itself would provide the land required for the colleges with the funds approved by the Union government.
