Eligibility Criteria for Senior Research Fellow and RA Job
Educational Qualification:
- Senior Research Fellow (“Soil Quality Assessment and Developing Indices for Major Soil and Production Regions of India)- M. Sc. in Soil Science/Agronomy/ Chemistry with 4 years/ 5 years of Bachelor’s degree. Candidates having post graduate degree in Basic Sciences with 3 years Bachelor’s degree and 2 years Master’s degree should have N.E.T. qualification
- Senior Research Fellow(“Soil Quality Assessment and Developing Indices for Major Soil and Production Regions of India)- M. Sc. in Geoinformatics / Computer applications/ Computer Science/ Agricultural Sciences with 4 years/ 5 years of Bachelor’s degree. Candidates having post graduate degree in Basic Sciences with 3 years Bachelor’s degree and 2 years Master’s degree should have N.E.T. qualification.
- Research Associate (Simulating the effect of elevated CO2 and temperature on water productivity and nutrient use in soybeanwheat cropping system)- Ph. D. in Soil Science/Agronomy/Agril. Physics/Environmental Science/Agril. Meteorology OR M. Sc. in Soil Science/ Agronomy/ Agril. Physics/ Environmental Science/Agril. Meteorology/ with 4 years/ 5 years of Bachelor’s degree having 1st Division or 60% marks or equivalent overall grade point average with at least two years of research experience as evidenced from Fellowship/ Associate ship/ Training / other engagements. Candidates having post graduate degree in Basic Sciences with 3 years Bachelor’s degree and 2 years Master’s degree should have N.E.T. qualification* and at least two years of research experience
