India Post activated the online GDS Application Status Link on 15th March. Candidates who have applied for Gramin Dak Sevak posts can check their application status at indiapostgdsonline.gov.in. They can check it using their registration number and password. Individuals whose applications are submitted successfully will be shortlisted on the basis of merit.

- Click on the application status link provided on the homepage.
- Enter your registration number and password. Your Post Office GDS application status will be displayed on the screen.
Post Office GDS Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible, candidates must have passed at least the 10th standard from a recognized board. Additionally, they should possess basic knowledge of the local language of the region where they are applying.
Additionally, the minimum age criteria for applicants is 18 years and the maximum age is 40 years as of March 3, 2024. However, reserved category candidates will receive age relaxation as per the government’s rules:
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC: 3 years
- PwD: 10 years (additional relaxation for SC/ST/OBC PwD candidates)
