Indian Navy AA & SSR PFT Admit Card 2019: Indian Navy has released the admit card for Physical Fitness Test (PFT) for the post of Sailor for Artificer Apprentice (AA) & Senior Secondary Recruits (SSR). All those candidates who have qualified in Indian Navy AA Computer Based Test and Indian Navy SSR Computer Based Test can download their Indian Navy Sailor PFT Admit Card from Indian Navy website joinindiannavy.gov.in.

How to Download Indian Navy AA & SSR PFT Admit Card 2019

1. Go to Indian Navy official website joinindiannavy.gov.in
2. Click on the “Login” Tab
3. Enter your email id and password and click on Log in Tab
4. Click on the link given for downloading the Indian Navy PFT Call Letter
5. Download Indian Navy AA PFT Admit Card/ Indian Navy SSR PFT Admit Card
6. Take a print out for future use

Candidates can check all the details regarding the Indian Navy PFT such as date, time and venue on Indian Navy Sailor Admit Card. The test will consist of 1.6 Km run to be completed in 7 minutes, 20 squat ups (Uthak Baithak) and 10 Push-ups.

Afterwards, Medical Exam will be conducted for the candidates who will qualify in the physical fitness test. Final merit list will be prepared on the basis of PFT and Preliminary Recruitment Medical Examination. Indian Navy merit list will be available on website www.joinindiannavy.gov.in on 17 January 2020. All the selected candidates will be called to INS Chilka for their final enrolment medicals.

Indian Navy had invited online applications from unmarried male candidates (who fulfill eligibility conditions as laid down by the Government of India) for enrolment as sailors for AA and SSR in the Feb 2020 batch. 500 & 2200 vacancies are available for AA and SSR Posts respectively.
