IOCL Recruitment 2025: Vacancy Details
This recruitment drive seeks to fill 456 apprentice positions across both technical and non-technical roles. The vacancies are spread across Delhi, Haryana, Punjab, Chandigarh, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, and Uttarakhand.
IOCL Recruitment 2025: Eligibility Criteria
Trade Apprentice: Candidates should have completed Class 10 and possess an ITI certification in the relevant trade.
Technician Apprentice: A full-time three-year diploma in the applicable discipline is necessary.
Graduate Apprentice: Applicants must have a full-time regular degree (BBA/BA/BCom/BSc) with a minimum of 50% marks.
IOCL Recruitment 2025: Selection Process
The selection process is given as follows:
- Candidates registered on the NAPS/NATS portal will be considered for selection. There will be no written test or interview.
- A merit list will be created based on the percentage of marks obtained in the required qualification. In case of a tie, preference will be given to the older candidate, and if dates of birth are the same, the candidate with higher marks in matriculation will be considered.
- Candidates must ensure they meet Indian Oil’s medical fitness standards as outlined in the "Pre-engagement Medical Examination" guidelines.
- After successful document verification and medical fitness, selected candidates will receive an offer for Apprenticeship Training.
IOCL Recruitment 2025: How to Apply?
- Online Application
- Eligible candidates must apply online through the NAPS/NATS portal from 24th January 2025 (10:00 A.M.) to 13th February 2025 (11:55 P.M.).
- Ensure successful application on the relevant NAPS/NATS portal, and submit the required documents through the provided link on the IOCL website by the deadline.
- Document Submission
- After applying on the NATS/NAPS portal, submit a consolidated PDF document (Max size 5 MB) containing all required documents through the link available on the IOCL website by 13th February 2025.
- Ensure that only valid and required documents are included.
- Document Guidelines
- All documents must be combined into a single PDF file (Max size 5 MB) and uploaded via the IOCL website link.
- Only one submission per candidate is allowed; multiple submissions will not be accepted.
- Submit documents through the link only. Email or hard copy submissions will not be considered.
- Only the documents listed should be submitted.
- Candidates can indicate location preference through the same link. However, the actual posting will be based on the Corporation's needs, and no changes will be allowed.
- Incomplete Applications
- Incomplete applications or those not accompanied by the relevant documents will be rejected.
Documents Required
Eligible candidates should submit their applications via the NAPS/NATS portal by 11:55 PM on February 13, 2025. Candidates must upload a single consolidated PDF document (Max Size 5 MB) containing the following scanned copies, arranged in the exact order listed below. It is the candidate's responsibility to ensure the documents are in the correct sequence; any discrepancies will result in rejection of the application.
• Xth Std/SSLC/Matriculation certificate and marksheet as proof of Date of Birth
• Marksheet and Certificate/Degree or Provisional Certificate/Degree of the prescribed Educational Qualification (ITI/Diploma in Engineering/HSC/Graduation as applicable)
• Conversion formula from the Institution or University to convert CGPA to percentage
• Caste certificate in the prescribed central format (if applicable)
• Caste validity certificate (only for Maharashtra candidates)
• PwBD certificate in the prescribed central format (if applicable)
• Latest EWS certificate in the prescribed central format (if applicable)
• PAN Card/Aadhaar Card
• Recent color passport-sized photograph
• Signature in blue ink
