Meghalaya Basin Development Authority (MBDA), Shillong issued notification for recruitment Assistant Manager/Administrative Associate (Finance & Accounts), lntern/ Program Associate and Driver posts on Contractual basis. Vacancy details

1.1. Assistant Manager/Administrative Associate (Finance & Accounts)

Remuneration: Rs.20000 per month (for Assistant Manager) AND Rs.12000 per month/ Rs.15000 per month/ Rs.17000 per month (for Administrative Associate as per qualification)

Qualifications: Graduate/ Post-graduate in Commerce/ Accounts or Graduate in any discipline with a PG Diploma in accounts/ book keeping and 3 years of experience (for Assistant Manager)/ 2 years (for Administrative Associate)

1.2. lntern/ Program Associate

Remuneration: Rs.12000 per month/ Rs.15000 per month/ Rs.17000 per month (as per qualification)

Qualifications: Graduate/ Post Graduate in Social Welfare/ Rural Development or any other related discipline with 0-2 years of experience in livelihood promotion/ community mobilization/ Financial intermediation in rural development sector. 

1.3. Driver

Remuneration: Rs.10000 per month

Qualifications: Class VIII pass; possess a valid driving license and experience certificate from previous employer with minimum 3 years of similar experience in Government (State or Central/ PSU (State or Central/ Societies set up by Government (State or Central)/ SPV or agencies set up by Government (State or Central)

Age limit

18 years - 45 years

Selection Procedure

Selection of candidates would be done through personal assessment on contract basis.

The date, time and venue for personal assessment would be communicated to the shortlisted candidates.
