Maulana Mazharul Haque Arabic & Persian University (MMHAPU), Patna invited applications from eligible candidates, who fulfill the requisite criteria for filling up the following below mentioned ‘Non- Teaching’ posts. Educational Qualification

Qualification must be from the recognized University or Institution with relevant post- qualification experience in the concerned field.

• For Post 1 to 4: Possess Post- Graduate Degree in the relevant field.
• For Post 5 to 11: Possess Bachelor’ Degree in the relevant field or Graduate or equivalent.
• For Post 12 & 13  : Possess Twelfth (12th Standard) Pass or equivalent with Typing Speed @40 w.p.m. in English and @30 w.p.m. in Hindi.
  

Age Limit

• For Post 1 & 2:  45 years.
• For Post 3 & 4:  40 years.
• For Post 5 to 13   :  37 years

Pay Scale

• For Post 1 & 2: Pay Band (PB – 3) and the Pay Scale is of Rs. 15,600/- to Rs. 39,100/- plus Grade Pay of Rs. 5,400/- Per Month.
• For Post 3 & 4 : Pay Band (PB – 2) and the Pay Scale is of Rs. 9,300/- to Rs. 34,800/- plus Grade Pay of Rs. 5,400/- Per Month.
• For Post 5 & 6: Pay Band (PB – 2) with Grade Pay of Rs. 4,200/- Per Month.
• For Post 7 to 11: Pay Band (PB – 1) and the Pay Scale is of Rs. 5,200/- to Rs. 20,200/- plus Grade Pay of Rs. 2,800/- Per Month.
• For Post 12: Pay Band (PB – 1) with Grade Pay of Rs. 2,400/- Per Month.
• For Post 13: Pay Band (PB – 1) with Grade Pay of Rs. 1,900/- Per Month.

Application Fee 

Application Fee (Non- refundab le) is of Rs. 300/- (Three Hundred only) (Rs. 100/- for SC/ ST/ PWD candidates) in the form of Demand Draft drawn from any Nationalized Bank in favor of “The Registrar, Maulana Mazharul Haque Arabic & Persian University”, payable at Patna.

• Interested Candidates may apply in the prescribed format along with the photo copies of relevant certificates/ testimonials in support of date of birth, qualifications, professional experience, category (SC/ ST/ PWD), etc. with two recent passport size photograph one must be affix on the application form and other and two self- addressed envelope affixing postal stamp of Rs. 40/- may be forwarded to the “Registrar, Maulana Mazharul Haque Arabic & Persian University, 34, Ali Imam Path (Harding Road) Near Haj Bhawan, Patna, Bihar – 800 001” through Registered/ Speed post on or before 15 December 2014 up to 05.00 PM.
