Educational Qualification:

• Administrative Officer: Master’s degree from a recognized University or MBA/ Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management & Administration, or equivalent.
• GM/ADL GM/DGM/ AGM/ Manager Marketing/Liaison/ Coordination: MBA/PGDM-Any Specialization.
• Manager- Finance & Accounts: Degree from a recognized University/ CA/ ICWA/ MBA (Finance) or subordinate Accounts Service (Commercial or Revenue Audit).
• Advisor/ Coordinator Exhibitions & Events: Degree from a recognized University.MBA/PGDM Marketing/Sales & Advertising/ Public Relations/ Media Planning.
• AM/ DM- Finance & Accounts: A bachelor’s degree in Commerce and Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma from Reputed Institute in Finance / CA/ ICWA or related field.
• Advisor Seeds: Post Graduate in Science/ Agriculture/ Seed Technology or related area from a recognized University. Candidates having PhD in the related field shall be given preference.

Age Limit

• GM/ADL GM/DGM/ AGM/ ManagerMarketing/Liaison/ Coordination: 55 yrs
• Manager- Finance & Accounts: 35 YEARS
• Advisor/ Coordinator Exhibitions & Events: 25-40 YEARS
• AM/ DM- Finance & Accounts: 28-45 years
• Advisor Seeds: 50-69 YEARS
