Eligibility Criteria for Posts under NICED Recruitment 2017
Educational Qualification:
Technical Officer : (i) Medical graduate with two years laboratory experience OR (ii) M.Sc. in Medical Microbiology/ Biotechnology/Life Sciences.
Laboratory Technician : Graduate in Medical Lab Technology (B Sc) OR Diploma in Medical Lab Technology (MLT) with the course of at least two years duration OR Diploma/Certificate in Medical Lab Technology (MLT) with the course of at least one year duration OR Graduate in Scienc
ICTC (Counselor) : Post Graduate degree/diploma in Psychology/Social Work/Sociology/Anthropology/ Human Development/ Nursing with minimum 1 year experience after PG degree/diploma in the field of counseling in health sector; preferably in HIV/AIDS. OR Graduate in Psychology/ Social Work/Sociology/Anthropology/ Human Development/Nursing; with minimum 3 yrs experience after graduation, of working in field of counseling in health sector; preferably in HIV/AIDS. In the case of those recruited from the community of people infected with or affected by HIV/AIDS, the experience will be relaxed to a minimum of one year of experience in the field of HIV/AIDS.

Age Limit for Posts under NICED Recruitment 2017
The upper age limit for engagement of all contractual personnel will be 60 years following NACO guidelines under NACP-V.
