What is the PGIMER Posts Eligibility?
The eligibility criteria and age limit have been released by the examination authority. Candidates can refer to the official notification for details.
Educational Qualification:
- Assistant Professor Anaesthesia: A medical qualification included in the first or second schedule or Part II of the third schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act of 1956 (persons possessing qualifications included in Part II of the third schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in sub section (3) of the Section 13 of the Act.).
- A postgraduate qualification i.e. MD (Anaesthesia) of an Indian University/Institute recognized by the Medical Council of India or MCI recognized qualification equivalent thereto for a teaching post.
- The candidate must be registered with the State Medical Council/MCI.

Steps to Apply for the PGIMER Faculty 2024
The aspiring applicants satisfying the eligibility criteria in all respect are advised to visit the website at
www.pgimer.edu.in for generation of challan form and application form. The candidates will first fill the Advt. No. Post Code Number, category and date of birth on the website and then take a printout of the application form and challan. You are advised to submit the offline application (Hard copy) to the address mentioned in the notification. You are advised to check the application process given in the notification.
