RCFL MT Recruitment 2024 Notification: Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited (RCFL) is recruiting for various Management Trainee posts in different disciplines. The detailed notification regarding the RCFL MT Recruitment 2024 is available in Employment News June (08-14) 2024. Under the recruitment drive, RCFL is planning to recruit a total of 158 Management Trainees posts in various disciplines including Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, Human Resource, Administration and others in Officer’s category. Selection for these Management Trainee posts will consist of online test followed by personal Interview.

What is the application fee for RCFL MT 2024?

A non - refundable application fee of Rs. 1000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) plus Bank Charges and applicable taxes (GST) for the post of Management Trainee by General, OBC and EWS category candidates at the time of submission of online application form. Candidates can opt to pay either through an internet banking account or credit/ debit card. SC/ST/PwBD/ExSM/Female category are not required to pay any application fee.

What is the RCFL MT 2024 Eligibility and Age Limit?

The eligibility criteria and age limit have been released by the examination authority. Candidates can refer to the official notification for details. 

Educational Qualification: 

 Management Trainee (Chemical):  Regular and full time 4 years B.E. / B. Tech. Engineering
Graduate in Chemical Engg./ Petrochemical Engg./Chemical Technology from UGC / AICTE approved
Institutions.
Regular and full time Dual / Integrated / Allied Degrees are also eligible, however, Chemical / Petrochemical must be mentioned in the degree alongwith other allied subjects, if any.

 Maximum Age Management Trainee (Chemical):
The Upper Age Limit as on June 01,2024 for UR/EWS category is 27 years. Check the notification link for details of the age limit for other posts.  

RCFL MT 2024 Salary

Selected candidates for the post of Management Trainee will be undergoing training for one year and will be offered a lump sum stipend of Rs.30,000/- per month. After successful completion of one year training they will be absorbed in E1 Grade in the scale of pay of Rs. 40,000 - 140000. The minimum Total Monthly Gross emoluments would include Basic Pay +VDA (43.7%)+Perks (34%)+HRA (27%) and other allowances which works out to Rs. 81,000/- approximately.
