Regional Plant Quarantine Station, Amritsar invited applications for recruitment to the post for SRF and Research Associate. The candidates eligible for the post can walk in for the Interview on 22 July  2016 (11 AM).

Under RPQS, Amritsar Recruitment 2016 out of total 04 posts, 01 Post each is for Research Associate (Entomology), Research Associate (Plant  Pathology), and SRF (Entomology or Plant Pathology or Weed Science or Nemotology)

Eligibility for Research Associate (Entomology): candidate should have Doctorate in Agricultural Entomology/Zoology/ Plant Protection with specialization in Agricultural Entomology or Master’s degree in Relevant Subject  with 05/04 year Bachelors Degree with minimum 60 %  or equivalent and should have minimum 02 years Research experience.

Eligibility for Research Associate (Plant Pathology): candidate should have Doctorate in Plant Pathology/ Botony/ Life sciences/ Plant Protection with specialization in plant Pathology/ Mycology or Master’s degree in Relevant Subject  with 05/04 year Bachelors Degree with minimum 60 %  or equivalent and should have minimum 02 years Research experience.

Eligibility for SRF: candidate should have Master’s Degree in Relevant Subject with 05/04 year Bachelors Degree, or Postgraduate Degree with Bachelor’s Degree and 02 years master’s Degree with NET.

Eligible candidates can walk in for the interview at ‘RPQS, Anjala Road, Opposite Bank of India, ACC, Branch, Rajasansi Airport, Amritsar’, on 22 July  2016 (11 AM).
