TS 2nd Year Economics Paper 2024: Telangana State Board of Intermediate Education conducted the Class 12 Economics paper today, March 12. TS Inter 2nd Year Economics Question Paper 2024
The TS Inter 2nd Year Economics Paper -II was for 100 marks. The question paper had total 37 questions divided into three sections - A, B and C.
The section-wise pattern of the paper is discussed below:
1.Section A had Questions from 1 to 5 of long answer type. Each question carried TEN marks. Any THREE questions were to be answered. Each answer required to be limited to 40 lines.
2.Section B had Questions from 6 to 17 of short answer type. Each question carried FIVE marks. Any EIGHT questions were to be answered. Each answer required to be limited to 20 lines.
3.Section C had Questions from 18 to 37 of very short answer type. Each question carried TWO marks. Any FIFTEEN questions had to be answered. Each answer required to be limited to 5 lines.
The time allowed to write the paper was three hours.
TS Inter 2nd Year Economics Paper - II Analysis 2024: Students Reactions
Following discussions with Telangana Board 12th class students who took the Economics Paper - II, it is apparent that the exam of easy to moderate difficulty level. The paper included a variety of topics, testing students on fundamental economic concepts and their application. All questions were from the prescribed syllabus only and were based on the familiar pattern.
Section-wise review of the paper is provided below:
Section A - Long Answer Type Questions
- Most questions in this section were of reasonable difficulty level.
- A few were moderately challenging which required an understanding of economic theories and their real-world applications.
- Questions were lengthy and required more time to provide comprehensive answers.
Section B - Short Answer Type Questions
- This section comprised a mix of straightforward and moderately challenging questions.
- Students with a strong foundation in economic concepts found it relatively easy to tackle.
- This section entirely tested the students' clarity in understanding key economic principles.
Section C - Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs)
- The MCQs were generally considered the easiest part of the paper.
- Questions covered a broad spectrum of topics.
- Only 1 or 2 questions were perceived to be of challenging nature by a few students.
Overall, the majority of students appreciated the balanced distribution of difficulty across the paper and were satisfied with their attempt.
