UP Board Class 12 NCC Syllabus 2024-25: The Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad Board (UPMSP) has released the syllabus for the academic year 2024-25. The syllabus has been released for classes 9-12. In this article, we have provided the syllabus for UP Board Class 12 National Cadet Corps (NCC). The course structure of NCC (optional subject) is focused on skill enhancement through practical activities.
NCC gives candidates the opportunity to engage in activities such as weapon training, drill, map reading etc. Students who wish to join the defence forces in future can join NCC. To know about the course structure, marking scheme and other factors students should read the syllabus carefully.
The course objectives are as follows:
- To orient students in nation building and development.
- To help them with character building, leadership development and impart special skills.
- To create awareness about social, political, economic, environmental problems and challenges like disaster response.
Students must note that there will be one written question paper of 70 marks and practical exam of 30 marks, with the total passing marks being 33. Candidates will have to pass both the written and practical exams separately.
