US President Joe Biden received his COVID-19 vaccine booster shot at the White House on September 27, 2021. He got a third Pfizer dose after the booster doses were approved by federal health officials.

World Rabies Day is observed every year on September 28, 2021 to raise awareness and prevention of rabies. The day aims at bringing people, organizations, governments, and stakeholders together to fight against rabies. The date September 28 marks the death anniversary of Louis Pasteur who was the first person to create a vaccine against rabies in 1885.
