Faisal Siddiqui appointed as South Asia President of HTC

Siddiqui will lead the company in the region which includes India, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand and other emerging markets in Asia.

Faisal Siddiqui was on 16 February 2015 appointed as South Asia President of High-Tech Computer Corporation (HTC), Taiwanese smartphone maker. He succeeded Jack Yang, who left the company citing personal reasons.

With this, Siddiqui will lead the company in the region which includes India, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand and other emerging markets in Asia.

Currently, Faisal Siddiqui is Vice President and Head of HTC India. Siddiqui will continue to retain this position along with the new one.

Faisal Siddiqui has more than 18 years of experience in the industry and has been leading HTC’s India operations since 2011.
