The three-day talks between six world powers (P5 nations plus Germany) and Iran held in Geneva failed to reach an agreement on latter’s nuclear programme. The talks ended on 8 November 2013.
The divisions emerged among the USA and European allies on the final day of the talks as France implied that the proposal under discussion failed to sufficiently neutralize the threat of an Iranian nuclear bomb.
Iran is expecting a deal that will ease or remove the international sanctions that have frozen its assets around the world and prevented it from selling its oil.
