India’s fourth largest IT company, HCL Technologies in November 2010 won its first business services outsourcing deal worth $100 million from a US-based firm. As a part of the deal HCL will provide essentially front office services like making a page for a newspaper company, or scheduling for a TV company. The deal is expected to start generating revenues for HCL from April quarter of 2011.
