Stock Holding Corporation of India (SHCIL) on 2 May 2011 announced the appointment of Ashok Motwani as its new Managing Director and CEO. Motwani who has over 29-years of experience in diverse areas such as investment and corporate banking, project advisory, structured finance, debt syndication succeeded R.C. Razdan.
Prior to joining SHCIL, Motwani served as the Chief General Manager at IDBI Bank and also worked as Managing Director and CEO of IDBI Trusteeship Services for four years. He has in the past also worked with Asset Reconstruction Com.
Prior to joining SHCIL, Motwani who is finance professional worked as the chief general manager at IDBI Bank and also as managing director and CEO of IDBI Trusteeship Services for four years. Motwani has also worked with Asset Reconstruction Company of India (ARCIL) and Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI).
