Tech Mahindra and Alstom Transport announced to set up a global development centre

Tech Mahindra in partnership with Alstom Transport announced a new global development centre located in Bangalore on 12 March 2014.

The two companies signed a three-year partnership contract for the development of centre. The global development centre will cover primarily engineering activities focused on concept to prototype build.

The centre will also focus on the growing need for efficient vertical integration capabilities from engineering to manufacturing on rising stock interior field. It also enables both companies to accelerate joint development of integrated engineering solutions that deliver unique value to our customers.

The partnership will further increase the flexibility and competitiveness and also a further step of our engineering ramp-up in India.
