India signed the BECA Agreement (Basic Exchange and Cooperation Agreement for Geo-Spatial Cooperation) with the United States during the third round of 2+2 Ministerial dialogue on October 27, 2020. 

2.(a) Uttar Pradesh
Uttar Pradesh has secured the first place under PM-SVANidhi Scheme by approving the highest number of loans in the country. PM-SVANidhi is one of the most ambitious schemes of Central Government. It aims to benefit street vendors in rural, urban and pre-urban areas.
