The Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) has released the BPSC Judiciary Exam Pattern 2023 on the official website. Candidates should check the 32nd BPSC Judicial Services exam pattern for all the selection stages to understand about the BPSC Judiciary exam closely. BPSC Judiciary exam pattern is divided into three stages i.e Prelims, Mains, and Interview. A candidate who qualifies in each stage of the exam is eligible to be appointed into Bihar Judiciary as Civil Judge. 

The Bihar Public Service Commission has invited online applications from eligible candidates to fill 155 vacancies for Civil Judge posts in the Bihar High Court. The Bihar Judiciary exam for Civil Judge prelims consists of two papers, Paper 1 and Paper 2.

• BPSC Bihar Judisicary Paper 1 contains multiple choice questions (MCQ) from General Studies / General Knowledge and Paper 2 contains multiple choice questions (MCQ) from Law topics.
• The minimum qualifying marks for the general category is  45% marks for the General candidates and 40% for the reserved category.

BPSC Judiciary Interview

Candidates who will clear the main exam cut-off marks will be shortlisted for the interview round. The 32nd BPSC Judicial Services interview will be conducted for a total of 100 marks for all the qualified candidates. Candidates are required to obtain at least 35% in an interview to get featured on the merit list. The final merit list will be prepared on the basis of marks obtained in the main written examination and interview round.
