BPSC Judiciary Educational Qualification

As per the BPSC Judiciary eligibility, the candidate should be having any of the educational qualifications:

  • Candidate should be a Law Graduate and must have qualified for the BA LLB and Integrated LLB course from a recognized university
  • The candidate should be registered with the Bar Council of India
  • Candidate should have passed the AIBE exam

BPSC Judiciary Eligibility Criteria: Domicile

Only Indian citizens are eligible to apply for the BPSC Judiciary exam. However, the candidates who are domiciled in Bihar state will be provided age relaxation benefits admissible to their category. Candidates who are born or have completed their classes 10th and 12th from the state board of Bihar or schools affiliated to the state will be considered a permanent domicile of Bihar.

There are no maximum attempts for the BPSC Judiciary examination. Candidates can attempt the examination as long as they qualify for the age limit prescribed for their category.
