IGNOU begins admission process for certificate, diploma programmes

Indira Gandhi National Open University or IGNOU has started the admission process for certificate and diploma programmes. Interested candidates can submit their applications on the online admission portal of - www.onlineadmission.ignou.ac.in. The admission process started on November 5, 2018, and students have time till January 15, 2019, to apply. Academic programmes at PG Diploma, Diploma, Certificate and Appreciation level in diverse disciplines are on offer in Open and Distance Learning or ODL mode.

All the information regarding programmes on offer are available on the website and students are advised to read all details - like eligibility criteria, fee details, and duration - of their desired programme carefully. For further information, they can send an email to ssc@ignou.ac.in or registrarsrd@ignou.ac.in. There are around 150 certificate, diploma, degree and postgraduate programmes available for January 2019 admission cycle.

Meanwhile, has released the Final IGNOU Date Sheet 2018 for December Term End Exam (TEE). The candidates who are preparing for the examination can check the date sheets on the official website of the institute i.e. www.ignou.ac.in. The date sheet was released today for all courses. The IGNOU Term End Exam will commence from December 01, 2018, and will continue until December 31, 2018.

The IGNOU is also known as the ‘People’s University’ as it is a platform where students can pursue the course of their choice from the distance learning medium.
