WBJEE Decentralised counselling 2026 special vacancy allocation list to be released online today. September 30, 2026. Eligible candidates can download the allocation result and report for the counselling round to the allotted colleges.
WBJEE DCAP Special Vacancy Counselling 2026: West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board will release the Decentralised Counselling Phase 2 special vacancy allocation list today, September 30, 2026. According to the schedule released, the New Allocation List will be released at 10 AM on the official website. This is the continuation of Phase 2 of Decentralised Counselling.
As per the schedule released, the provisional admission against the allocated seat must be completed with the payment of the Seat Acceptance Fee and obtaining the system-generated ‘Provisional Admission Receipt’ between September 30 and October 3, 2026. The physical Document Verification & Admission/Withdrawal confirmation by the candidate at the Institute must also be conducted within the same timeline.

After the allotment result is announced, students allotted seats must report to the colleges for admission with all necessary documents. Candidates participating in the DCAP counselling round must note that admissions are being conducted for remaining vacant seats. More counselling rounds will be conducted based on the requirement and the availability of seats under various categories.
