2 students of DAV Public School emerged with flying colors in CBSE Writing Series Award

    CBSE organized a writing Series Award at National level in which two students of DAV Public School emerged with flying colors. The writing competition was based on the life of Sri Pingali Venkayya. Students were awarded the cash price of Rs 5000 each for their entry for Day 4. The announcement of winners started from Aug 5th 2014 to Aug 11, 2014. 68 winners were announced each day.  Aaftab Singh of class IX and Chaitanya Aggarwal of Class XI won this award in English and Hindi respectively for Day 4.

    The aim of this activity was intended for holistic development of learners in order to make them aware of the valiant and selfless services of men and women who have served the nation, said Manager of the school Dr. K.N. Kaul Principal DAV College and Regional Director Amritsar Zone Dr. Neelam Kamra, Principal BBK DAV College for Women.
