Eligibility Criteria

1. Programme Officer: Candidate should have completed PG degree in community development/child development/social work/sociology/human rights/public administration/MBA (HR) with 1 year experience in project formulation/implementation, monitoring and supervision in the field of child development/ social welfare.
2. Legal cum Probation Officer: Candidate should have completed LLB/MA in child rights and have 3-5 years experience in the relevant field.
3. Protection Officer: Candidate should have completed PG degree in community development/child development/social work/sociology/human rights/public administration/MBA (HR) with 3 year experience in project formulation/implementation, monitoring and supervision in the field of child development/ social welfare.               
4. Accounts Officer: Candidate should have completed graduate degree in commerce from a recognised university with 3 years experience in day-to-day accounts/office work.
5. Assistant cum Data Entry Operator: Candidate should have completed Class 12th along with diploma/certificate in computers with 1-2 years experience in the relevant field.          
6. Programme Assistant: Candidate should have completed graduate degree in any subject and onbe year diploma/certificate course in basic computer.    
7. Outreach Workers: Candidate should have completed Class 12th or graduation degree and have a minimum typing speed of 30 wpm with 2 years work experience in the field.

1. Programme Officer: Rs 26250
2. Legal cum Probation Officer: Rs 21000
3. Protection Officer: Rs 21000
4. Accounts Officer: Rs 17500
5. Assistant cum data entry operator: RS 10000
6. Programme assistant: Rs 9000
7. Outreach workers: Rs 8000
