Eligibility Criteria for Assistant Professor

Educational Qualification and Experience:

• General Discipline - A medical qualification included in Schedule I & II or part II of the third Schedule of the Indian Medical Council Act of 1956 with postgraduate qualification i.e. M.D./M.S. Three years teaching and/or research experience in a recognized Institution in the subject of specialty after obtaining the qualifying degree
• Super Speciality Disciplines- A medical qualification included in Schedule I & II or part II of the third Schedule of the Indian Medical Council Act of 1956 and D.M. in the respective discipline/subject for medical superspecialities and M.Ch. in the respective discipline/subject for surgical superspecialities. One years teaching and/or research experience in a recognized institution in the subject of speciality after obtaining the qualifying degree of D.M./M.Ch
• Non Medical - Master’s Degree in relevant subject with Doctorate Degree of a recognized University and Three years teaching and/or research experience in a recognized Institution in the subject of specialty after obtaining the doctorate degree
