Air India Air Transport Services Limited (AIATSL) invited applications for recruitment to the Posts of Assistant Controller.  The candidates eligible for the post may appear walk-in on 23 February 2015 and submit their applications.

Name of Post: Assistant Controller- 87 Posts

Pay Scale:

• Candidates with 0-3 years experience in Airline Industry:

1. 1st year - Rs.25,000/-p.m
2. 2nd year - Rs.25,000/-p.m + Retention Bonus of Rs 5,000/- p.m. payable upon completion of the 2nd year
3. 3rd year - Rs.25,000/-p.m + Retention Bonus of Rs 5,000/- p.m. payable upon completion of the 3rd year

• Candidates with more than 3 years experience in Airline Industry:

1. 1st year - Rs.35,000/-p.m
2. 2nd year - Rs.35,000/-p.m + Retention Bonus of Rs 5,000/- p.m. payable upon completion of the 2nd year
3. 3rd year - Rs.35,000/-p.m + Retention Bonus of Rs 5,000/- p.m. payable upon completion of the 3rd year

Eligibility Criteria:

• Candidates should have a Commercial Pilot’s License OR Flight Dispatcher’s Approval OR Aircraft Maintenance Engineer’s License issued by Director General of Civil Aviation, Govt. of India.
• Experience in operational areas like Flight Dispatch, Airline Maintenance procedures, Crew Planning & Scheduling, Ground Handling, Passenger Service, etc shall be preferred
• Computer System proficiency (working knowledge of MS office standard applications/understanding of IT platform-application, functioning, landscape, interfaces) is preferable.

Selection Procedure: 

Candidates will be selected on the basis of Interview/Exam conducted by the organization.
