The Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) has officially released the exam schedule for the following Common Entrance Tests (CET) going to be conducted by it in the current year 2014.
1. EAMCET 2014 to be held on 17 May 2014, Saturday
2. ECET 2014 to be held on 10 May 2014, Saturday
3. ICET 2014 to be held on 23 May 2014, Friday
4. EdCET 2014 to be held on 2 June 2014, Monday
5. PGECET 2014 to be held from 26 May till 29 May 2014
6. LAWCET & PGLCET 2014 to be held on 8 June 2014, Sunday
7. PECET 2014 to be held on 5 May 2014, Monday
These entrance tests will be held for conducting admissions to various courses/ institutions for the academic session 2014 - 2015. The first exam to be conducted would be PECET 2014 (on 5 May, 2014 foradmission to B.P.Ed. and U.G.D.P.Ed. courses.) Likewise, EAMCET 2014 will be taken on 17 May, 2014 by the Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad (JNTUH) for admission to engineering, agricultural and medical courses.
The Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) came into existence on 20 May 1988 and is till date in charge of advising the Andhra Pradesh government about the state’s higher education related matters for its development and perspective planning. Besides this, APSCHE also monitors many entrance examinations for admissions as a part of its other activities.
