Bank of India Notified Recruitment for 11 Various Posts 2014

Bank of India invited applications from eligible candidates fulfilling the requisite criteria for filling up the following below mentioned posts on Contract Basis. Initially for the period of 01(0ne) for post 1 and 02 (two) years (for 2 & 3) which will be further extended subject to satisfactory performance of the candidate or on the discretion of Bank. The candidates eligible for the post may apply on or before 16 July 2014.

Details of Posts

1. Director (RSETI at Bhopal): 01 (One).        
2. Faculty: 06 (Six).    
3. Office Assistant: 03 (Three)
4. Counsellor (FLC at Rajgarh): 01 (One).

Educational Qualification

• For Post 1& 4  
Graduate or Post Graduate Degree from a UGC recognized University or Institution or its equivalent.
• For Post 2  
(i)Graduate from a recognized University or Institution or its equivalent.

(ii)Diploma in vocational courses/guidance preferablefrom a recognized University or Institution or its equivalent. Minimum 02 years of experience in- house or visiting faculty.
• For Post 3  
Graduate from a recognized University or Institution or its equivalent with basic knowledge of Accounts.

Age Limit

Age Limit for the candidate should beup to 65 years (for post 1), between 25 to 65 years (for post 2),18 to 45 years (for post 3)and not above 62 years (for post 4) as on 01 July 2014.

Pay Scale

Candidate will get Monthly Remuneration of Rs. 30,000/-  (for post 1 & 3), Rs. 20,000/- (for post 2),Rs. 15,000/- (for post 3)and Rs. 12,000/- (for post 4) plus other benefits & allowances as admissible.

Selection Procedure

The short listed candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in the Personal Interview, which will be conducted by the administration.
