Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is all set to declare the results of Class X and XII board exams towards the end of May. The board results for Class X and Class XII are likely to be declared on the third and fourth week of May, respectively.
While a total of 1373853 students appeared for the Class X examination; a total of 1040368 examinees took the Class XII examination. The results will decide the fate of all the candidates, who had taken up the examination and will account for their higher studies.
The CBSE examination, this year, has been widely discussed and anticipated. While number of examinees for Class X has increased by 3.3%, the question papers of Mathematics and Physics for Class XII has been regarded as one of the toughest in the history of the board.
The board officials have stated that the Class X results are likely to be declared on either 19 May or 20 May 2015 and the Class XII results will be declared phase wise sequentially: Chennai being the first region to get the results followed by Patna and Bhubaneswar.
