What is the CEL Eligibility and Age Limit?
The eligibility criteria and age limit for various posts various posts including Management Trainee, Graduate Engineer Trainee, Clerk and others have been released by the examination authority. Candidates can refer to the official notification for details.
Educational Qualification:
Graduate Engineer Trainee (Metallurgy): The candidate should have B.E./B.Tech Degree in Metallurgy/Materials Science/Ceramic Engineering with minimum 55% marks from a recognized Institute/ University.
Management Trainee (Finance): The candidate should be a graduate in commerce and passed final examination of CA/ICWA or MBA in Finance (2 years) with minimum 55% marks from a recognized Institute/ University.
Management Trainee (Human Resource): The candidate should be a graduate in any stream along with MBA/PGP/PGDM (2 years) in Personnel Management/Human Resource Management or equivalent qualification such as 2 years degree/diploma in Labour Welfare/Industrial Relations/Social Work etc. with minimum 55% marks from a recognized Institute/ University.
Hindi Officer/ Rajbhasha Adhikari:The candidate shall be responsible for implementation of Rajbhasha, including translation from English into Hindi and viceversa of various references, documents, manuals and other publications of the Company.
