Central University of Kashmir (CUK) invited applications for the recruitment of Registrar, Internal Audit Officer, Executive Engineer, Executive Engineer, Medical Officer, Information Scientist, System Analyst, Assistant Engineer, Section Officer, Personal Assistant, Pharmacist and MTS/Peon/Office Attendant Post. Eligible candidates can apply to the post through the prescribed format on or before 19 March 2018.

Eligibility Criteria for Non Teaching Staff

Educational Qualification and Experience:

  • MTS/Peon/Office Attendant - 10th Pass from a recognized Board OR ITI Pass
  • Personal Assistant - Graduate and 2 years experience as Stenographer in Central State Govt. Organisations / University Research Institution or Central / State autonomous Institution. Proficiency in Stenography in English/Hindi with minimum speed of 100wpm and in Typing in English or Hindi with minimum speed of 35/30 wpm respectively
  • Medical Officer - MBBS and three years of working experience in a Hospital attached with a Medical College/ Corporate Hospital
  • Registrar - Master’s Degree with minimum 55% marks. 15 years of experience as Assistant Professor or equivalent experience OR Comparable experience in a research establishment and / or other institutions of higher education OR 15 years of administrative experience of which 08 years shall be as a Deputy Registrar or an equivalent post
  • Executive Engineer - First Class Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized Institute/ University or equivalent and Eight years of experience in the relevant field from CPWD/State Government PWD services or similar organized
  • Information Scientist - First Class M.E./M.Tech. (Computer Science) / Information Technology) Or equivalent OR First Class B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent with two years of relevant experience OR First Class MCA or equivalent with two years of relevant experience OR First Class M.Sc.(Computer Science/ Information Technology) from a recognized University/ Institute with three years of relevant experience OR First Class M.Lib. or M.LIS and Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications or MCA or MSC (Computer Science/Information Technology)
  • System Analyst - M.E. /M.Tech. (Computer Science & Technology/IT) or equivalent OR First class B.E./B. Tech. (Computer Science & Technology/IT) or equivalent with two years of relevant experience OR First class MCA with two years of relevant experience OR First class M.Sc. (Computer Science/IT) from a recognized University/Institute with three years of relevant experience.
  • Assistant Engineer - BE/B.Tech in relevant field with 3 years of relevant experience
  • Section Officer  - Graduation and 3 Years of experience as a Assistant in the Scale of Rs.9300 – 34800/- with Grade pay Rs.4200/- or five years as UDC in the Grade Pay of Rs.2400/- in any Central / State Govt./ University/ PSU and other Central or State Autonomous Institutions
  • Pharmacist - Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy with at least 50% marks with one year experience as Pharmacist in hospital or reputed institution OR 10+2 or equivalent in Science subjects from a recognized Board with 50% marks in D.Pharma and having 3 years of experiences from a hospital or reputed Institution. Registered as Pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act 1948

Selection Procedure for Non Teaching Staff

Selection will be done on the basis of objective type written test (100 marks) and descriptive type test (100 mark ) for Group B and C posts
