• Senior Private Secretary- Officers under the Central Government holding the analogous post or regular basis or with eight years regular service
• Technical Officer- Superintendent of Central Excise and Appraisers of Customs
• Court Master- Persons holding the post if Inspectors of Central Excise, preventive officer, Examiner and Deputy Office Superintendents with 5 years service
• Library Information Assistant- Central Government Deptt. Official holding degree from a recognized board
• Steno Gr. II (English)- Holding analogous posts on regular basis and holding the post of Stenographer
• Steno Grade III (English)- Officer of the Central Government holding analogous posts on regular basis
• Upper Division Clerk-  Holding analogous posts on regular basis in Central Government
• Lower Division Clerk- Holding analogous posts on regular basis in Central Government
• Multi Tasking Staff - Holding analogous posts on regular basis in Central Government
