The Central Ground Water Board (CGWB), Ministry of Water Resources, River Development and Ganga Rejuvenation, Government of India invites applications for essay competitions from young citizens on water related issues. The competition aims at creating awareness amongst teens and their families on water pollution and conservation of the natural resource.
Last date to submit the application form is December 31, 2017. In order to be eligible for this scholarship, candidates need to go through the below mentioned procedure.

Eligibility Criteria:
The entrant should be below 18 years of age, holder of Aadhar and not an employee of Ministry of Water Resources, River Development and Ganga Rejuvenation or any of its organizations.
Scholarship Reward:
- 1st prize winners will get INR 50K each
- 2nd prize winners will be given INR 25K each
- 3rd prize winner will be given INR 15K each
- 30 Consolation prize winners will be given INR 5K each
