On behalf of UGC, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will be conducting National Eligibility Test (NET) on 27 December 2015 at various examination centres allotted to the candidates. The candidates who want to undergo detailed notifications regarding the examination and want to know about the examination pattern and examination centre in detail can visit the official website of CBSE www.cbsenet.nic.in
The examination would be conducted through taking examination in three papers from the candidates. The Paper I would be of one hour 15 minute duration containing 60 questions in total. The candidates would have to attempt at least 50 questions in this paper. The total mark of the paper is 100. The Paper II consists of 50 questions and consequently 100 marks for which the candidates get another 1 hour and 15 minutes’ time. The third paper would be of 150 marks, containing 70 questions in total and giving two and a half hours’ time to the candidates. The questions would be objective and negative marking would be done for every wrong answer.
Examination Centre Notification:
The official website of CBSE www.cbsenet.nic.in has uploaded the revised admit cards mentioning the changed addresses of the examination centres in which the candidates have to appear. The candidates need to download these fresh admit cards by visiting the official website and clicking the ‘Download Admit Card’ link. They need to enter their application number and password and take printout of the admit card.
For candidates appearing at New Delhi centre (Centre Number 15007) the address of examination centre would be: Mount Abu Public School, Pocket H-3, Sector- 18, Near Badli Metro Station, Rohini, Delhi- 110085”.
