Eligibility Criteria for General Manager and Other Posts

Educational Qualification:

• General Manager (Technical): B.E./B.Tech. in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Marine Engineering/Civil/Production/Naval Architecture with 55% marks.
• Deputy General Manager (Technical): B.E./B.Tech. in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Marine Engineering/Civil/Production/Naval Architecture with 55% marks.
• Manager (Finance): Candidates should haveCA/ICMA qualified.
• Manager (Ship Production): B.E./B.Tech. in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Civil/Naval Architecture with 55% marks.
• Manager (Human Resource): Full time Graduate with PGDM/MBA degree in HRM/HRD/Personnel Management/Industrial Relation/Social Work and Labour welfare with minimum 55% marks.
• Manager / Deputy Manager (Commercial): B.E./B.Tech. in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Production/Naval Architecture or  MBA/Post Graduate Diploma in Material Management/Supply Chain/Operations and Logistics.
• Deputy Manager (Finance): Candidates must haveCA/ICMA qualified.
• Deputy Manager (Technical): B.E./B.Tech. in Mechanical/Electrical/Production/Naval architecture/Civil with 55% marks.
• Deputy Manager (Medical): MBBS Degree from Indian Medical Council (IMC) recognized university.
