Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, Vadodara State nodal agency for conducting Gujarat State Eligibility Test has invited applications for GSET 2018. Gujarat State Eligibility Test 2018 is scheduled to be held on 30 September 2018 , Apply in the prescribed format on or before 15 May 2018.

Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, Vadodara State nodal agency for conducting Gujarat State Eligibility Test has invited applications for GSET 2018. Gujarat State Eligibility Test 2018 is scheduled to be held on 30 September 2018 for 24 Subjects at 11 centres across the state of Gujarat. The candidates eligible Gujarat State Eligibility Test 2018 can apply in the prescribed format on or before 15 May 2018.

Gujarat State Eligibility Test 2018 Details:

GSET 2018 will consist of Two Papers of 100 and 200 parks respectively.

GSET 2018 Paper- I shall consist of 50 objective type compulsory questions each carrying 2 marks. The questions which will be of general nature, intended to assess the teaching/research aptitude of the candidate. It will test reasoning ability, comprehension, divergent thinking and general awareness of the candidate.
GSET 2018 Paper-II shall consist of 100 objective type compulsory questions each carrying 2marks which will be based on the subject selected by the candidate.

Eligibility Criteria for Gujarat State Eligibility Test 2018

Educational/Technical Qualification & Experience:

Candidates with Master's Degree in UGC specified course/subjects or equivalent are eligible to apply.

Selection Process for Gujarat State Eligibility Test 2018

Minimum eligibility to qualify is 40%, the final selection for Assistant Professor posts will be on the basis of merit.
