Ministry of Defence Notified Recruitment for LDC, Technician & MTS posts 2014

Ministry Of Defence, Senior Quality Assurance Establishment (Electronics) Mumbai invited applications for recruitment to the post of Lower Division Clerk, Technician (Semi Skilled) and Multi Tasking Staff (MTS) (Sanitary). The candidates eligible for the post can apply through prescribed format within 21 days from the date of publication of the advertisement. The Ministry of Defence is charged with coordinating and supervising all agencies and functions of the government relating directly to national security and the Indian armed forces and has the largest budget of India's federal departments.

Age Limit

• The candidate’s age should be between 18 to 27 years as on closing date for receipt of application.
• The age relaxation will be given according to the Govt. Rules and Regulations.

Educational Qualification

• Lower Division Clerk (LDC): 12th Class or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board or University and a typing speed of 30 w.p.m. in English or 25 w.p.m. in Hindi on computer OR a typing speed of 35 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi on computer.
• Technician (Semi Skilled): Industrial Training Institute Pass Certificate in any one of the following trades or its equivalent Defence Services Tradesman Course approved as such by the Central Government or State Government. (a) Electrician (b) Electronics Mechanic (c) Radio & Television Mechanic (d) Wireman (e) Information Technology and Electronic System Maintenance.
• Multi Tasking Staff (MTS) (Sanitary): 10th Class or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board.

Pay Scale

• Rs.5200-20200 + Grade Pay Rs.1900 for Lower Division Clerk.
• Rs.5200-20200 + Grade Pay Rs.1800 for Technician (Semi Skilled) and Multi Tasking Staff (MTS) (Sanitary).

Selection Process
Selection will be done on the basis of performance in test and interview.
