Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification Candidate should have MBA / PGDBM in HR from a recognized university/institution with minimum 5 years of post qualification work experience in Recruitments & other HR functions. He/she should have computer proficiency in MS Office – Word / PowerPoint and advance excel skills with excellent verbal & written communication skills. Candidate must be able to complete multiple tasks under pressure and should be a team player. Knowledge of governmental recruitment, filing process and procedure in Human Resource management will be an advantage.
- Age Limit The candidate should be up to 40 years as on 1 December 2014
Pay scale
Selected candidate will be paid a consolidated salary of Rs. 32,000/-per month.
