Educational Qualification:
- Medical Officer (MBBS) - MBBS Degree from a recognized Medical College and Registered with Assam Medical Council/ Medical Council of India
- Medical Officer (Ayur) - BAMS Degree from a recognized Ayurvedic College and registered with State Council of Indian Medicine, Assam

- State Programme Coordinator, NCD cum Health and Wellness Centre-Medical degree from a recognized Medical College

- State Leprosy Consultant (Surveillance Medical Officer), NLEP-MBBS
- Programmer-M.Tech/ MCA/ BE(IT)/ BE (Computer Science)/ M.Sc (IT)/ M.Sc (Computer Science)/ DOEAC B Level or equivalent
- Data Analysis cum Data Visualization specialist-MCA, Post-Graduate Degree in Statistics/ Mathematics / Computer Science/ Demography or equivalent.
